 Zeinat Monieb is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with 25 years of experience in the Canadian citizenship and immigration field. Prior to her work as an Immigration Consultant, Zeinat worked in the capacity of an Acting Immigration Visa Officer. She also worked for ten years as a Teaching Assistant at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology at the Immigration Practitioner Course. As a member of the Seneca College Team, she helped prepare the exam Prep tool for the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. Her current work focuses on temporary and permanent status applications, as well as citizenship. Zeinat’s work experience, both in private practice in Canada and within the government of Canada abroad, gained her valuable experience in the immigration field serving and representing multinational corporate clients and independent clients in a variety of industries on all aspects of Canadian immigration. Zeinat has in-depth knowledge in all provisions of both the Immigration Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations, as well as in the Citizenship Act and its Regulations. She is highly skilled in processing citizenship related applications, as well as both permanent and temporary residence applications. These include Federal and Quebec Skilled Workers, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee Programs, Family Class, Business Applications, Rehabilitation, Visitor Visas, Work Permits, Study Permits, Temporary Resident Permits, and Care Givers. Zeinat constantly interacts with Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s domestic Case Processing Centers; the Canada Border Services Agency at ports of entry across the Canada-United States border; Canadian High Commissions; Consulates and Embassies worldwide.

As an Immigration Consultant Zeinat specializes in providing advice and guidance to individuals and HR representatives on a variety of Canadian citizenship and immigration issues.
